1. Booking Policy
A $50 booking fee is required to schedule an appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total service cost at the time of payment. Appointments are confirmed only after the booking fee is successfully paid.
2. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include cash, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Card payments may be accepted via terminal if available.
The remaining balance is due immediately after the service is completed.
Failure to pay the remaining balance at the time of service may result in cancellation of the appointment or forfeiture of the booking fee.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to transfer the booking fee to a new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
No-shows will also result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may require payment of an additional deposit to rebook.
4. Service Expectations
BoredoTints aims to provide high-quality window tinting services. However, customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is clean and free of debris on the windows before the service.
Window tint curing may take 1 to 2 days. During this time, do not roll down the windows to ensure proper adhesion.
Pre-existing damage to windows, seals, or surrounding areas is the customer’s responsibility and may affect the tinting process.
5. Warranty Policy
BoredoTints offers a lifetime warranty for bubbling, peeling, or fading on Ceramic and Nano Ceramic films. Warranty claims are void if improper care is taken, such as rolling down windows before curing is complete or using abrasive cleaners. Carbon tints include a limited warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of installation.
6. Liability Disclaimer
BoredoTints is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
Cracked or chipped windows.
Faulty seals or deteriorated vehicle components.
BoredoTints is also not responsible for any damages resulting from improper post-service care by the customer.
7. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed. If there are any issues with the installation, clients must contact BoredoTints within 7 days of service to arrange for an inspection and potential warranty repair.
8. Customer Agreement
By booking an appointment with BoredoTints, you agree to:
Pay the required booking fee and balance as outlined above.
Follow all pre- and post-service care instructions provided by BoredoTints.
Adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policies.
